Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of building supplies and outdoor equipment who are looking for 5 passionate Customer Services professionals to join their team based in Pemulwuy to help provide support on a large project.
Your New Role
These immediately required temporary Customer Care roles will act as a vital link between the company, business partners and end users. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through order processing, technical support, and relationship management.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building strong, positive relationships through professional communication.
- Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
- Deliver high-level technical information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints.
- Efficiently enter and upload orders and data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly.

About You
- Previous experience in Call Centre, Customer Service, Customer Care, Escalations and Disputes
- Experience within Construction, Building, Engineering, Hardware or similar will be highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
